Tells you when dsh itself or your profile's plugins are out of date, through a model tool, a Settings page, and a periodic re-check. It reports; it never upgrades anything for you.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh_check_updatesSwap web for your own profile name. First use initializes the profile for you.
