Ports lazycodex's CodeGraph context injection to dsh: exposes codegraph_explore to the model over an MCP bridge, runs codegraph init at session start to seed the index, and injects setup guidance when a tool result reports the index is missing.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-codegraphSwap web for your own profile name. First use initializes the profile for you.
